Shipping policy

Processing Time:  Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:  Shipping charges for our order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.  

Important Note:  Our Products are DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, not finished garments.  These are heat transfer designs that you apply to your own apparel using a heat press.  No physical clothing items are shipped. 

Shipment Confirmation:  You will receive a sipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Damages:  Queens & Legends Custom Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately.
